New Napoleonics from Hat

Here's something to keep you Napoleonic fans enticed. Hat has released some photos of their test shots for their new French Light Infantry set. I'm wondering, are those packs plug-ins? Not sure a release date yet, but with test shots available, it can't be too long hopefully.
